Booking an Appointment

Confirming an Appointment

At least 24 hours before the appointment, our schedule department will contact you by phone or another preferred means stated for you in order to remind and confirm the appointment.

On the day of the appointment, after made the check-in at the reception, the patient receives a bip, that will vibrate when the time of the appointment comes, allowing that you wait with all commodities. Although the number of doctors and dental offices enable the MALO CLINIC substantially reduce the waiting time, is our goal provide to all who visit us – patients and their companions – the maximum well-being and satisfaction. To your disposal and with the purpose to fulfill all your needs, we offer several leisure areas, with a modern and elegant décor: cinema zone and internet zone, reading corner, coffee bar and kid´s area.

1st Time Appointment

Evaluation and Diagnosis

At MALO CLINIC every new patient has an initial diagnosis appointment, that we call “first time appointment”. In a first stage the patient has a special appointment with one of our assistants that will help to fill out the clinical file and the health survey questionnaire.
After this first approach, the patient will be followed to the Imagiology service where an ortopantomography is performed. This exam will help the doctor to determinate the best treatment plan for your case. Finished the medical appointment, the patient returns to the first time cabinet, where our assistants can clarify all remains questions related with the treatment plan, financing conditions or others.

Emergency Service

Whenever you require immediate treatment

Because the emergencies are unexpected, MALO CLINIC has at your disposal a medical team dedicated to give answer to these situations in the same day, avoiding that you need to wait for schedule an appointment. The joint with MALO CLINIC  Ceramics, also allow to solve emergencies that need the support of prosthesis laboratory.
